WAIVER – READ CAREFULLY: In consideration of my acknowledging this agreement, I hereby for myself, my heirs and administrators assume any and all risks which might be associated with the 2024 Annual Firefighters Summer Games to be held in June 23-28 2024. I waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against the organization and any others connected with this event, their representatives, successors and assignees for any and all in this program or any related activities.
REFUNDS: Refunds are given on a no questions ask basis at any time prior to your events first day of competition. After such time the event coordinator shall determine if a refund can be given.
